Terms of service
Version dated 22.10.2026
1. General provisions
- These Terms of service (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the VASILEVS VPN online service: the website getvasilevs.net and the Telegram bot @vasilevsvpn_bot (the “Service”), provided by the Administration.
- By using the Service, including starting the bot, registering, paying for services or accessing materials, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement in full and accept all of its terms.
- If the User disagrees with the Agreement, they must stop using the Service.
2. Nature of services and digital goods
- The Service provides access to intangible digital services on a subscription basis.
- The User understands and agrees that the value of the Service consists of providing access, its maintenance, support and updates.
- The Service does not claim or guarantee that individual elements of its services are unique or exclusive outside the Service.
3. Disclaimer of warranties and liability
- The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
- The Administration does not guarantee:
- that the Service will meet the User’s expectations;
- the achievement of any financial, commercial, professional or other results;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
- The Administration is not liable for:
- any direct or indirect losses, including lost profits;
- the consequences of the User’s use of the materials received;
- acts or omissions of third parties;
- temporary technical failures or access restrictions.
- The User makes all decisions about using materials, recommendations and services independently and at their own risk.
4. Lawful use
- The Service is not intended to encourage, organise or facilitate unlawful activity.
- The User agrees to use the Service only in accordance with applicable laws and third-party rules.
- The User is fully responsible for the lawful use of the Service’s materials and services.
- The Service must not be used for file sharing in peer-to-peer (P2P) networks, including through BitTorrent or similar protocols. The Service may technically restrict such traffic without prior notice.
- The Service must not be used for:
- cryptocurrency mining or connecting to mining pools;
- mass messaging (spam), including email spam;
- network or port scanning, password guessing, denial-of-service attacks (DDoS) or other actions that disrupt other parties’ networks and services;
- participating in a botnet or controlling infected devices;
- artificially inflating views, subscriptions, reactions or other activity, or generating fake clicks and installs;
- operating “farms” of multiple automatically controlled devices.
- Access is provided for personal use on the number of devices included in the plan. Reselling access, or sharing a key or subscription link with third parties beyond the paid number of devices, is prohibited. If clauses 4.5–4.6 are violated, the Administration may change the access key, restrict access or terminate it.
5. Intellectual property
- All materials published in the Service are protected by intellectual property laws.
- The User must not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties or otherwise use the Service’s materials without the rights holder’s permission.
- Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in restricted access to the Service without compensation.
6. Access restrictions
- The Administration may suspend or restrict the User’s access to the Service in the event of:
- a violation of this Agreement;
- detected abuse;
- requirements imposed by law or payment providers.
- Restricted access does not release the User from obligations that arose earlier.
- The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment providers or third parties.
7. Payments and refunds
- Services and digital goods are paid for under the terms shown in the Service before payment.
- Because digital goods and services are intangible, payments are not refunded after access has been provided, except in the cases described below.
- A refund is possible only in the following cases:
- the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service;
- access to the digital good was not actually provided.
- To have a refund request considered, the User must contact support within 24 hours of payment.
- The Administration decides on refunds individually.
- The User agrees not to initiate a payment reversal (chargeback) through payment systems without first contacting the Service’s support team.
8. Privacy
- The Administration may collect the minimum technical data necessary to operate the Service. See the Privacy policy for details.
- The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect data, but does not guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted.
9. Changes to the terms
- The Administration may amend this Agreement.
- The current version of the Agreement is published in the Service.
- Continued use of the Service constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Contact information
- For any questions, the User may contact support: @vasilevsvpn_support_bot.
By using the Service, including starting the bot and/or entering the /start command, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept all of its terms.
